Enrollment Checklist
- Download and read the Program Guide, which includes full details about the enrollment process.
- Download, read, and sign the Retailer Agreement.
- Make sure you have the following available:
- DMV Vehicle Dealer License Number
- OEM Dealer ID
- W-9 Form with Tax ID
- Your company bank information
