Eligibility and Required Information

Verify that your retailer meets these requirements before applying


  • U.S.-based medium- and/or heavy-duty commercial vehicle retailer
  • Valid State Business Entity Number
  • Valid California Tax Resale Permit Number
  • Valid Retailer's/Dealer's License Number

You must provide the following information at enrollment


  • Retailer name, address, and primary contact information
  • Business bank account for reimbursement (checking or savings only)
  • Current W-9
  • Signed and dated Participating Retailer Agreement

How to Enroll

    Create an account and click the link in the verification email.

    Log into your account.

    Complete the Enrollment Application, attach a signed copy of the Participating Retailer Agreement, and submit.
