Eligibility and Required Information
Verify that your retailer meets these requirements before applying
U.S.-based medium- and/or heavy-duty commercial vehicle retailer
Valid State Business Entity Number
Valid California Tax Resale Permit Number
Valid Retailer's/Dealer's License Number
You must provide the following information at enrollment
Retailer name, address, and primary contact information
Business bank account for reimbursement (checking or savings only)
Current W-9
Signed and dated Participating Retailer Agreement

Create an account and click the link in the verification email.

Log into your account.

Complete the Enrollment Application, attach a signed copy of the Participating Retailer Agreement, and submit.
